Saying that he came off ok, when he left the school he had a determined attitude to make it. After being a stunt man for a few years he had a very good reputation of doing very dangerous work (he worked one the end stunt of fist of fury) But this wasn't enough for Jackie, he wanted to be a star. After being the lead in many very bad low budget movies for Lo Wai (the man who made Bruce Lee come into light) he got his chance. He made a film with a then un known director Yeun Wo Ping (the matrix and Fist of Legend) the film was called snake in the eagles shadow. The film was a big hit and soon after he made a follow up film called Drunken Master. This was it, the film that made him a super star, he after this has made some of the classics in martial arts film history. As he now has successfully made it in America he is more popular than ever, with the hits Rush Hour and Shanghai Noon making Millions world wide he is truly the biggest star in the world.
